Mandarin Support is here to serve the NDIS participants.
We are an independent service provider who specialized in supporting culturally and linguistically diversified (CALD) participants with tailored solutions that effectively utilise their NDIS plan.
With an in-depth understanding of cultural challenges, we offer CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) services to our clients that help remove the barriers to getting the assistance they require, while being sensitive to the unspoken cultural needs and expectations of their cultural backgrounds.
We have extensive working experience with participants from a range of different cultural backgrounds. The cultures we have supported are Chinese, Malaysian, Cambodian, Vietnamese, Indian, Arabic, Italian, Greek, Macedonian, Indigenous Australian and more. We understand and support the cultural needs of the CALD community while providing up to date information on current NDIS policy and legislations, as it relates to the provision of support services. Our team members are well-qualified with years of hands-on experience supporting participants from a range of backgrounds and diagnosis. We provide the highest level of service expertise and always aim to go the extra mile when delivering quality service to our clients.
Mandarin Support is founded by a Chinese born Australian who has extensive experience and background in the NDIS local area coordination program as well as tertiary qualifications in Psychology and Psycho-social disabilities. The founder speaks native Mandarin Chinese and is fluent in English. She also has a close family tie with Australian-Italians which made her more familiar with European especially Italian culture. Mandarin Support offers Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching service for NDIS participants so they are empowered with full Choice and Control over their NDIS journey.
